CallClarity ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Butler Endorsed LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI call intelligence platform at callclarity.io. CallClarity processes data on behalf of its business customers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Account information: email address, password, business name, phone numbers (forwarding and notification)
  • Call data: phone numbers of incoming callers, call recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated summaries
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
  • Usage data: page visits and feature usage via Google Analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide call recording, transcription, and AI analysis
  • To send call summary notifications via email and SMS
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To improve our service and troubleshoot issues
  • We may send SMS messages as part of service functionality, including notifications and automated responses

We do not use customer call data to train public or shared AI models.

4. Call Recording Notice

All calls processed through CallClarity are recorded. A recording notice is automatically played at the beginning of each call to inform all parties. Call recordings are processed through automated systems, including transcription services and AI analysis, to generate summaries and structured insights.

5. Messaging (SMS) Terms

CallClarity sends SMS messages to two groups of recipients:

  • Demo requesters: Visitors who request a free demo by submitting our website demo form opt in to receive SMS with their assigned demo phone number and follow-up instructions.
  • Business owners: Customers who provide a text notification number during paid signup opt in to receive SMS summaries of calls to their CallClarity number.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email support@callclarity.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive SMS are not shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the service-related messages described above and are processed only by the third-party providers (such as our telephony provider) required to deliver those messages on our behalf.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Call recordings and transcriptions are stored in private storage with time-limited access URLs. Customer data is logically separated by account to ensure that each business can only access its own information.

7. Data Retention

  • Paid accounts: call data is retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Demo sessions: call data is automatically deleted 7 days after the demo session expires
  • Account deletion: contact support@callclarity.io to request deletion of your account and associated data. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes

8. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for telephony, transcription, AI processing, payment processing, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data through your dashboard
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
